Bought a used car from these guys about a year ago. Car was in good condition, got a great price and the staff were extremely helpful. I'm hoping the service side of the business holds up so the same standard.

I was approached by Dan a most genuine, beautiful person.
He helped me all the way with the purchase and contacted me in his day off to let me know about the arriving of the car the next day

Cardiff Toyota are quite good value. They have a vast array of vehicles and the service is satisfactory. I did find that I was waiting on a number of occasions a bit too long. Some of the staff could get some lessons in Social interaction. Not bad but not brilliant with Trade-In deals.

Sorry to say, but we regret buying our car from this Dealer.
The day we purchased it there were other Salesmen within earshot of my kids swearing and being rude, not caring who heard.
Within 2 weeks of purchasing our 4x4, had to have a new clutch put in, then after our first service the rear tyre came off while I was travelling at 80 km's. They hadn't done the wheel nuts up!! And when I mentioned this to service desk, they replied with "These things happen". No apology or promises to make sure it doesn't happen again!

Every time I go back for a service they are extremely rude (always) and are NEVER on time. I always book my car in early, but never get out of there before 2pm.

I will never refer people to buy from this Dealer!
I have also had people telling me of their own bad experiences with them.

But as they say, "Each to their own!"

I went here to have a look at a new model and was treated very well by the sales people no pressure just friendly and helpful showed me several cars the staff were all very brand loyal and had a great product knowledge I subsequently went back several days later and purchased a new car There was a slight problem withthe interior and it was fixed with a replacement part very promptly The service department have a chart with the costs of servicing each model they sell and the pricing is very competetive with other dealers of the same branding

We purchased a new car form here after shopping around extensively. We not only received the best deal of the day but we were so happy with the service that we choose to have our vehicle serviced here as well despite it being well out of our way.

I needed a battery to replace in my key for the remote for opening the doors in the car. They supplied a new remote, transmittor control for only $40. Good service & a great part that I needed.
