Never, never use this man! He photographed our wedding a few years ago (April 3rd, 2007) and it has haunted me ever since! I was a very organized bride and provided a long list of required photos and was very clear about my expectations with assurances they could be met. None were. I did look at his previous wedding work, but I now have my doubts the work was all his. Awful from the time he arrived, the alarm bells went off, arriving scruffily attired and alone- his wife was supposed to accompany him to take candid shots and to make sure the day was captured. I hadn't wanted the worry about directing my well paid photographer through out the day but this was all I did even after three meetings, my expectations clear and a clear list provided. He put offside my bridesmaids, father, drivers, minister and guests!! Of the 118 photos taken (vastly less that the minimum discussed) there were 13 that may have been able to make a sort of album. I did not have a photo of me walking down the aisle-his was blurry and after him telling my guest NOT to take any photos, this was one of the important ones!. Going with my gut I asked my brother and a few of my guests to take as many photos as they could, thank God I did (my brother snuck a down the aisle one), SO many photo opportunities were missed because of his misrepresentation of his abilities and what he would do and my BAD decision to employ this man on the most important day of our lives together. I had paid the for the top package but after threatening to sue for breach of contract I got some of my money back. At the end of the day the photos are the visual memory of my (your) wedding day and if it wasn't for my guests taking photos this would be ruined. My only regret re our wedding day is choosing Keith from Carl Gatt Photography. (I should have gone with my gut and chosen Alison from Tales of Tingewick.

Approximate cost: $3000+

He came across grumpy from the moment i met him, he didnt take any photos of the groom and best man before the ceremony as he didnt like any spots when we thought there were plenty. He hurried us out of the church so we got not photos of the groom and his family. They don't use digital cameras, so have my photos have people with eyes closed or looking away. He only took one photo of each situation leaving no room for mistakes. He come across rude and gives you no direction like a photographer should and did not take others ideas well, he also missed alot of good photo opportunities and he interupted our wedding ceremony to get a photo which was very very rude..

Approximate cost: $1400
