This place is more like a factory than a proper swim school. The lanes are overcrowded with 4 or 5 kids each class and there is a lack of feedback and assessment on each child.

Attending this swim school has been made worse by them changing the interface of the app and deleting the section where parents can see their child's assessment checklist. We don't understand why they would want to hide a child's progress from their parents. Parents have to constantly ask the supervisors to assess each child. The supervisors don't seem to provide feedback to the instructors. Instructors do not target learning for each child addressing their weakness. As such, there is no improvement in the child's swimming skill. Carlile is there only to make money with little to no regards to improving a child's swimming skill.

We will leave Carlile once we can find another swim school nearby. A few of the parents I know have already taken their children out of Carlile.

The increase in swimming fees is another deterrent.
