We weren't impressed one bit with these guys! We initially went in store. Took our plan of our new house and was told they couldn't measure of that. Weren't very helpful with any recommendations. Then we went into another one of their stores and got all the answers we needed then and there!

When looking for carpet for the last 3 rooms in my house I went to Carpet Court at Browns Plains. I found the sales people very helpful and not pushy at all, like some sales people can be. I told them that I was on a very tight budget and that I wanted a carpet that would be durable and long wearing. I was shown a few different sample and found the perfect one and the price was great. Within a couple of weeks it was fitted and looks great.

Initially I had phoned several carpet shops in our area to do quotes to carpet a large area of our home. Some sales persons would not listen to what I had to say, where as Kris Kyle from Carpet Court Browns Plains was extremely helpful. He did not hassle me for an answer, but offered me to bring my hubby down to view my choice. Once we arrived at the showroom, my hubby was so impressed with the standard we moved up to a better quality carpet and underlay and Kris was able to help us with a great price. The people laying the carpet where ontime, and very clean.
