I went to Hoppers Crossing Carpet Court to get a high quality woolen carpet for my holiday home. I was helped by Kent and the team, who pointed me towards a range of fantastic carpets and we eventually found a suitable colour and texture. The installers were great and punctual, and fixed any little tufts or edges that were not perfectly straight. No issues with the carpet since install. Great team. Recommended.

Everything they said they did. They were on time, install was wonderful and they even moved mountains to help when the power to my investment property was cut off - they simply worked around it. I would highly recommend them. If you go there ask for Kent and you will be looked after. Highly recommended.

have had a lot of houses looked after i found them to be very helful and the contractors did a good job last time there got a woman to come give me a quote not impressed with her on doing the quote...then waited and waited and waited no quote so went elswere cant be bothered with people who dont follow up

I had old carpet removed and new carpet installed. Happy to negotiate on price. Took a couple of weeks to get the order in (no problem). At time of quote was told it would be a one day installation. Installation took three days out of my week. Day 1 (no show), Day 2 (mostly done), Day 3 (finished). Basically miscommunication on quoting and job size. Carpet well laid.
