Got a half head of foils, cut and dry for $140. Quick service, great atmosphere and a job well done.

I had a simple job that required about 10 minutes work. They just fixed it, no charge. I think that that is to be commended.
I had old carpet removed and new carpet installed. Happy to negotiate on price. Took a couple of weeks to get the order in (no problem). At time of quote was told it would be a one day installation. Installation took three days out of my week. Day 1 (no show), Day 2 (mostly done), Day 3 (finished). Basically miscommunication on quoting and job size. Carpet well laid.

We brew beer. They provide you a list of over 170 types of beer, you choose the one you want, they guide you through the cook process, you go back 2-3 weeks later and bottle your beer. Its fun.
I sought ideas, prices and subsequently products. I bought paint and wallpaper and the tools I needed to do these jobs. I was provided with practical advice on what I needed - including to purchase one item elsewhere as it would be cheaper. Astonishing! A very helpful team to this novice painter / decorator.

I simply went to this business to get come quotes for some window coverings. It was 40 minutes before close time and I was made to feel very unwelcome. It took all my patience to 'manage the staff' through my basic questions. I spent 20 minutes in the store and in the end decided that if this was the service I was going to get at this stage then it was not worth considering buying. They really need to do better as they company generally has a good name.
