Hi Mohammad, Sorry to hear you feel that way. From what I can remember about your job it was completed to our high standards. The only section not laid was the section in the kitchen that wasn't in the price of your job. It was being done as an extra in good faith. So when you told our layer you were not going to pay him the amount owed for the completed job he left.
As we've not received any negative feedback in the almost 50 years in the business I will take it that you are merely being a disgruntled customer that didn't get his way. Thank you......

The company was reluctant to provide proper invoice when requested. When we requested to provide company's bank detail for paying company's total quoted charges--though the job was left incomplete--the company refused to provide saying it was cash job which is beyond my understanding why the company refused not to be paid through bank transaction. I have all the evidence including your plan and quote that shows kitchen was included in quote and agreement. I have their text message promising that Mr Ron would come the following day to complete the kitchen job.
Moreover, Mr Ron/Yahya repeatedly uses religion in the business to impress and attract customers that he has converted to Muslim. Having requested him several times not use religion in business but all in vain. If any one needs the evidence what I say, I'm pleased to provide.
It is white lie that the company did some of the jobs for free. They did not complete the job what they charged for. I have never seen such a rude and aggressive service provider in this country .......
