I dealt with Nathan . He was really good : no bulls..t, false pressure and gave me the second highest price . That’s was achieved with just a few phone calls and messages . I was very surprised that the dealership where I bought the car 5 years ago offered more ! Thanks Nathan , I would definitely contact this company if I had another car to sell.

Highly recommend using these guy if you want a quick turnaround to sell your car without going privately. Spoke to Nathan on Monday, agreed on a price , the car was inspected on Tuesday where they made a slight price reduction due to the damage on my car then we agreed on a price and I was paid the following day.

Have literally been chasing these people for MONTHS to get a valuation on my car. Finally after making a complaint, someone contacted me and then they came out to put forward an offer. But once again, I was chasing and chasing to get answers as they do not call at all! Their website states they offer more than dealerships but offered me the same as the dealerships and told me to ‘leave it with them and they will call me back’ but of course it has been days and days with no call back. Absolutely useless

Offered X amount. Called back later to accept and was told someone would contact me to inspect. Waited 3 days called back NO answer, called 1300 number and was told that the original guy was no longer there and was then offered 3/4 of the original price.

Speed of contact was immediate, and consultant was friendly and professional,
However told me he found quotes ranging between $9-$14k for my car make and model and then proceeded to offer me $5k.
I would have preferred he just honestly told me the job wasn’t worth it to him.

Cars4us Brisbane agreed to buy my car pending a mechanics inspection. The mechanic called and said that the deal had been cancelled 40 minutes before showing up. No communication from cars4us even after saying they would call back. Would give less stars if I could.

Would recommend you check the fine print when SELLING to them, they are a bit devious and don't reveal that there is an Administration Charge to be deducted from final payment. The valuer makes an offer you accept and he then shows you his ipad screen and asks that you check that your details including bank details are correct then asks you to sign. Once you have done that you are trapped!! and they will short change you on settlement. SELLER BEWARE
