Extremely satisfied with Carters Roofing. We had a very bad leak in our roof. Warren quickly identified the issue, clearly explained what was required to repair it and supplied an instant quote. David arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace the valley and repoint that section of the roof. The work completed is very neat and the site was left spotless. Warren's customer service is excellent. He went the extra mile when I needed more work done than was originally discussed and quoted. David is not only efficient but also a perfectionist and did a brilliant job of repointing my terracotta roofing tiles and ridges, replaced the valleys and installed a storm-proof seal.
