I was at the Centre today afternoon to check on group fitness classes, women at the counter, short hair red head told me, it's not on till 4th Novembers , fair enough...then I asked could you please book me for a class...well.. then she asked me to show her my Vax Certificate ...I showed what I had on my phone, then she said to me, If I don't have it on the MyGov app, she should see my DL? I didn't have it on me..I was annoyed, I just walked away....Now....I was not goin in to a class right then, but just trying book a class for a future date... What has all that got to do with my DL and Mygov App etc.? was she confused or was it me? BTW ( I had just fished my 2 classes at Race and since I was in the area and decided drop by at Arc to check about the classes).
Do I need my Vax Certificate on the App to make a booking for a future day?
Could some one please explain that to me? or I am being harnessed? or bullied or this staff has no idea in the world what she is doing?
my day was ruined after that incident. Hope she had a wonderful rest of the day?

I often take my son here for a swim. Great range of pools and my son really enjoying coming here. Staff members are friendly. Also has gyms facilities and a cafe too.

There's a pool for every age group, the centre evan has an outdoors area that allows you to have a picnic if you wish. There's about 5 pools, so evan on a busy day it doesn't get too overcrowded. The canteen is also very priced for quality.

Approximate cost: $9

My youngest daughter goes swimming here and although we find the swimming teachers to be friendly and to genuinely enjoy their job, I cannot say the same for the staff at the front counter. On the 3 occasions I've dealt with them recently, I've found them difficult or just uncaring about your issue. Shame that they are the 'face' of the business because the pool itself and rest of the staff are fantastic.

Been here many times for a swim. They have a couple of different pools to choose from with different depths. At certain times of the day, they turn on the waves in one of the pools which is awesome, but not ideal for little ones. Can knock you over. Have tried the food in the café which has always been really nice. Staff are lovely. There is also a gym which looks over the pool area. There is a spa as well, but I haven't been in it. You have to be over a certain age and I've always had the kids with me. You can also sit outside on a sunny day too.

This is a good swimmer's pool. The main 50 m pool is often divided into 2 25m sections, but there is always ample lanes available for lap swimming. My kids love the wave pool and frog slide, and they have a bouncy inflatable available to kids every Saturday. Entry prices are a bit on the high side, though. I would make this my regular pool if only I lived closer.

great pool, a variety of options for different age levels. my 2 year old loves the kiddie pool as it doesn't have too many of those water jet style toys (which she dislikes). the wave pool is good although hasn't been switched on at times. but my kids especially like the medium sized pool as they can go for a proper swim & it's heated alot more than the lap pool

I have used the pools several times here. The wave pool is great fun and my younger brother loves it! The staff are all friendly and the outdoors area is nice on a sunny day.

This a gym that I attend and also my daughters on a regular basis. Great facilities and equipment. Whilst there the staff are exceptional, and are able to offer assistance where needed. I personally have had a great time here and will continue to go to this gym. The price is great especially if you have a family. I would like to say I had to have a break form the gym and I feel it would be in the best interest that in you don't attend for 3-4 weeks that maybe they should look into this, to see why. maybe its the service maybe there's a health problem. In any case it would definitely make you go back to your gym if you got that kind of service, and making it clear to clients that its not just about still receiving there monthly fees:)
