I came to this clinic as recommended by my friend. however my tooth feel like disabled - very sensitive and unable to eat well after 3 tooth filling done by Dr Alina over 6 weeks ago.
When I call they say its normal and wont FIX it. So dissapointing.
I dont usually give 1 unless if I found ridiculuous. this clinic not even worth of 1 star.
I never have experience with any dentist in ViC that they wont fix on the problem. I wont recommend this clinic at all unless you want to pay money for trouble.

Terrible clinic. Go in wanting something and the give you something else, then they get upset when you call them out on it. Save yourself time and money and go to a different dentist.

I have been going to this dentist for quite a few years now. Today I saw Dr Shannon Gune and after an x-ray, had a tooth removed. Dr Shannon and the genuinely nice Nurse (sorry I forgot her name) were superb. I was literally in there for 17 minutes which at Christmas time, is extraordinarily fabulous!!
The 2 receptionists I dealt with were lovely and supportive as well.

Casey Dental Group came with high recommendation from friends who have been long time patients. From my initial interactions with reception staff through to the exceptional cosmetic dentistry work performed by Dr Sepand Navidi and assisting nurses, I encountered nothing but efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend this modern state of the art dental care facility to all prospective patients.

I wish to thank Rob and Leah in particular at Casey Dental Group for there care and advice over three recent appointments. I had been avoiding the dentist for years due to fear and and have had a root canal, wisdom filling and today wisdom extraction and they were both very accommodating of my nerves and pain. Fantastic service that I have already recommended to to others. Finally pain free and over my fear and will now have regular check ups to avoid future problems. Thanks so much Robert and Leah. Also to the reception staff who fitted me in so quickly and taking the time to call and check on me after each appointment.

i went her last week. what a lovely dental practice. i had to get a general check up, clean & xrays for both myself & my daughter. and i did not have to pay any gap. i have medibank but even at my last dentist you always have to pay when you get xrays.

I have attended Casey Dental Group for many years now (they were previously called Webb Street Dental and were located in Webb Street Narre Warren).

They are not overly cheap, but no dentist is! Their prices are fairly reasonable - approx. what you'd expect from any decent dentist.

They have a few dentists on shift at any given time, as they seem to be quite busy. The dentist I see at casey dental Group is absolutely fantastic. He is highly professional, clean, polite, compassionate, understanding, and he always does a good job. He is very particular and doesn't take "short cuts". He prides himself on doing the job well and proper.

Their new building in Narre Warren South is a lot bigger than the previous building in Webb Street, and a lot more modern too. They offer a nice clean and comfortable waiting area, with new couches to sit on, magazines to read, a tv to watch, and water to drink. The toilets and dentists rooms are always very clean.

The receptionists are always friendly and polite, as are the dentist assistants.

They run a well-organised clinic, with reminder messages sent the day prior to your appointment, and a phone call if you are late or if the dentist is going to be running late or unavailable for your appointment.

My hubby and I have been coming here for years. We've been here for wisdom teeth removal, orthodontics, filings, cleans, general check up and even had our toddlers first dental check here. They are so professional and great with their advice. They send you reminders about your appointments and try to fit you in when they can.

Friendly and very professional service. They did a film on the spot. What I liked about them was that I didn't have to wait, as you most often have to with others even if you have an appointment.
