Casey Superclinic is an amazing place, i have been going there for myself and my kids for about 3 years now. i have never waited over 30 mins, wait room us HUGH and kids room has alot of different toys to play with. I can recommend Dr Rillstone, Dr Mar Mar, Dr Smith, Dr Katic and Dr Breger. All speak perfect English and you can normally get an appointment with one of them with little notice... Coffee is SOOOOO nice and free, all services are bulk billed and they are open 24 hours. I think there is about 35 doctors there so of course your going to get one or two that were not as good as the others. Thanks for offering us such an amazing service.... Better then waiting 8 hours at the hospital....

We regularly have to wait really long waiting times (upto 1.5hours average) even with an appointment. Rarely will you get a doctor that speaks clear english but there are enough seats that you don't have to sit too close to someone else that is sick and they bulk bill everyone, this is the main reason we attend aswell as they are always open.

I have a regular GP that I see, however, recently it was after hours and I needed a GP. We went to the 'SuperClinic'. The waiting room is huge, the reception staff were friendly. No appointment was needed (the option is available to make an appointment if you want/need). I was seen quite quickly (seeing as I did not have an appointment). The doctors I saw were multicultural, friendly and able to assist me quickly.
Fees were bulk billed too (not just for health care card holders etc) ... wonderful bonus.
There is a 24 hour pharmacy onsite too, which was great!

The best thing about he casey super clinic is they are open 24 hours and have a pharmacy adjoining the building that is also open 24 hours. The doctors service is always bulk billed. They also have the solar scan service to check skin cancers and that service is also bulk billed.

I didn't have a very good experience here. I had made an appointment but was still left to wait over an hour to see a doctor. Even people without an appointment were going ahead of me. Not sure i'd go here if i needed urgent medical input
