Joey is wonderful. She is young and trendy. I went in with the same hairstyle I had had for years. I told her that I wanted something new, but low maintenance (I hate spending time on my hair in the morning when I could be sleeping!!).
She had given me a funky style, that was low maintenance, easy to make look as good as she did with minimal fuss, time and effort.
I also let her have free choice of hair colour, (and told her my job), she picked awesome colours, perfect for my skin tone, loud and bright like I wanted, but professional at the same time!!

Manuella from Impressions of the Heart made our wedding invites. She was wonderful. So flexible, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too hard. She prepared many different options for us to choose from before agreeing on a final option.
She is a very professional and personable woman, and anyone looking to have wedding invites made is crazy for not giving her a call. I have been married 2 years now and our wedding invites are still spoken about, and I still have them handy to show friends and family!

The Shoe Gallery has a wonderful range of shoes, ladies, mens, kids, winter, summer, boots, thongs, sandles, runners, brand names included.
The store itself is reasonably well laid out seperated into ladies, mens and childrens with specials bins at the front.
The prices are well displayed with no question on what shoe is what price.
Usually a range of sizes and colours available for each style.
The service received is non existant, I have never been approached in the store, to get service, you have to present to the counter.
I have never needed assistance when shopping at the store, however, at the counter paying for the shoes, a couple of the staff are very cold, no friendly chat, no eye contact, no customer service basics.

MyBudget advertise in assisting those with bad debts. We have discovered that they not only help those with bad debts. My husband and I use them, and will do for a very long time.
They plan your entire budget and finances. Our wage goes into a trust account with them, our bills get forwarded to them, they pay them on our behalf. We get a weekly 'allowance' to live from.
At any point we can ring them and request additional money, change our arrangements (over the phone).
The call centre girls are wonderful, always helpful.
At all times our budget is available to be viewed online, we can see what bills have been paid, when, and how much. It also shows, if any accounts were paid late and by how many days it was late.
Fantastic service for anyone. Great for those living week to week and great for thoses with not enough time to sit down and pay bills. Well done MyBudget, you have saved me from another chore!

Wonderful! I have been going to Casey Chiro for a while now. I see Ken (a Chiropractor) and Angela (a Myotherapist).
Getting appointments with a Chiropractor is easy, getting an appointment with Angela is not so easy. But both are well worth the wait.
The reception staff are wonderful and do anything to please the client.
The waiting room is always clean, calm and organised.
The rooms are always spotless, pleasant music in the background, fresh towels etc. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I LOVE Dr Breedon. This is a very small practise ... just him (and his receptionist and dental nurse). I used to see him as a child, then moved around and am back in the area and am seeing him again. He remembered me from 15 years ago!! I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist and am very fearful of everything (inc the account!).
Dr Breedon always makes sure I am pain free, always has friendly chat with both his nurse and myself (usually about current affairs, books, movies etc)
I will be devistated the day Dr Breedon is no longer practising.
He only works one late night, Tuesday and it is hard to get an after hours appointment, however, on the odd occassion I have called up desperate to see him, they have squeezed me in!

I have a regular GP that I see, however, recently it was after hours and I needed a GP. We went to the 'SuperClinic'. The waiting room is huge, the reception staff were friendly. No appointment was needed (the option is available to make an appointment if you want/need). I was seen quite quickly (seeing as I did not have an appointment). The doctors I saw were multicultural, friendly and able to assist me quickly.
Fees were bulk billed too (not just for health care card holders etc) ... wonderful bonus.
There is a 24 hour pharmacy onsite too, which was great!

My car went in for a major service along with a couple of major items needing repair.
The guys were honest in giving upfront fees and said they would call if they found anything else that needed doing ... they did!
They itemized the account (right down to the $45 for 3 windscreen wipper blades).
They made a note of other items they felt needed attention over the comming time, but not immediately.
They claim to have replaced two brake lights (out of three). This was not itemised on the account and one of them is still not working!
After spending over $2,000 with them, the little things like a brake light would have made me happier. My husband called them the next day to advise the brake light was not working, rather than offer to pick it up from me (I work walking distance from them) they suggested I take the car back to them... customer service was a little disappointing after so much $$ spent.

I am a member at Casey RACE. My membership covers the gym, the pools, the spa, sauna, steam room and classes (both aqua & land).
The cost of my gym membership is less than what friends are paying at gyms without pools!
I frequent the pool and gym early in the morning (they are open at 5.30am Monday to Friday). The staff at the counter are very friendly and cheerful, always offering a friendly 'Good Morning' as I arrive and a 'Have a nice day' when I am leaving. The life guard staff at the pools are also friendly, stopping for quick chats while patrolling the water.
Whenever there has been an issue, no matter how small, the staff are friendly and accepting of the feedback, and get onto fixing the issue as fast as possible.
The staff in the gym are also friendly. There is a male instructor who works some mornings who is a bit sleazy, but he is easily ignored.
Size is never an issue, there are not 'fat' or 'skinny' people there, just people!
This is centre is just what people of Cranbourne needed.

FANTASTIC! I have been to Race Track Cafe a number of times, for various meals, breakfast is delicious, lunch is yummy, and dinner is wonderful. This is the perfect place to meet in Cranbourne for a drink and chat.
The meals are a great size, always fresher than fresh. Cooked in the open kitchen visible to the cafe. The staff are always friendly and polite and management is exceptional. The owners of this business deserve a well earned pat on the back!
