We chose Casino Pools because they are a family business with over 45 years experience. The pool build was a smooth transition even though we had a tricky site . Nothing was a problem for Dan & his team .Also a big thanks to Bella who was amazing with non stop communication . We highly recommend Casino Pools to everyone!!!

We recently had Phil and the team quote on our new pool. The last pool he built us was in 1988. Some things don’t change . Phil, Shannon, Graham and
Donna were great to work with. We wanted an unusual pool a small triangles plunge to fit into our new home.
Can’t tell you how happy we are with the results and still time to spend swimming before the GC cold sets in. Happy for anyone to come have a look. Thanks Phil I think this be our last one but more than happy to recommend Casino Pools.

Currently going through the QBCC (March 2016) as this company didn't renew their membership with SPASA. Customer service and the way the business is run was shocking. Set appointments and didn't turn up. Weaselling out of rectifying issues that they know they are responsible for.

I would not recommend going through this company for your pool build. There are plenty of others with better reputations.

I had great difficulty finding a pool company that I though I could trust and provide me with all the details to make a good decision re size, cost etc. A friend recommended Casino pools. The salesman John is a character but tells it as it is. The owner builder, Stuart is a delight to deal with. Their work is of the highest standard. Their quote was better and much more in depth than other pool builders that provided me with quotes. I can recommend Casino pools without hesitation.
