Currently going through the QBCC (March 2016) as this company didn't renew their membership with SPASA. Customer service and the way the business is run was shocking. Set appointments and didn't turn up. Weaselling out of rectifying issues that they know they are responsible for.

I would not recommend going through this company for your pool build. There are plenty of others with better reputations.
