I paid $3,400 for a doll back in January but I'm still waiting. No communication from them, I've sent multiple messages and emails requesting a status update and now a refund. I've had to go through my bank to hopefully get my money back. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I bought a doll for $2500 in April. Got absolutely nothing except a automated message confirming my purchase and since then I have gotten no communication.

I have tried constantly reaching out to Cassius for a REFUND.(It is very important to have that money back right now) But I have heard absolutely nothing from them.

I am writing this to caution anyone from buying a doll from them.
Dont get scammed like I did.

In Nov 2021, i paid Cassius $2000 for a doll; here we are in March 2022: no doll. Cassius doesn't respond to my emails. Nor does Cassius respond to my messages on the Contact form on their website. And they ignored me in a LiveChat (which is only operational, every now and then). Also, they never answer the phone. Avoid Cassius like the plague. UPDATE (Mon 7th March 2022): i've changed my 1 star rating to 3 because i just received emails from Cassius about my order + i spoke with them; they actually answered the phone! They'll be providing factory photos + tracking number shortly: looks like i'm actually going to get my doll! Let's wait 'n see UPDATE (Mon 4th April 2022): now giving CassiusSexDolls a tentative 4 stars since they've been in direct contact with me i.e. sent me factory photos + videos of my newly built doll and time on the phone with me organising last minute changes (adding pubic hair) and getting me a good price on a last minute, 3rd head with 2 free wigs. Now i've received a tracking number; my doll's arrived in Australia, cleared customs and will hopefully be delivered in the next few days. The factory photos and videos of my doll look amazing. So now i'm pretty happy with CassiusSexDolls. Anyway, it hasn't arrived yet; let's wait 'n see

Non existent customer service and team , after confirming order 3 and a half months later did not receive any contact it was like they took the money and closed shop luckily paid through payment plan partial.ly even they were ignored by cassius team and as such got refunded through this financial service

This business has obviously gone broke or they just decided to close shop, as they are not responding to any further correspondence after receiving my money for one of their items. It is either that or they are in need of some serious customer service lessons.
Meanwhile, I have the cost of that item floating around in Ciberspace.
