I been there with my doggie when he had ear infection. I ended up paying a lot of money for consultation fee and treatment. A bit overpriced from my point of view. I was not able to claim insurrance streight away from them and i had to call them a few times in a row to request consultation notes for my insurance claim. Also they charge 30 dollars just to clip nails??? I was a bit shocked when I had to pay it.

This vet used to be pretty good but the last 3 times our family used this practice, the service was poor with the last visit being a serious misdiagnosis resulting in a delay that caused my grandson's companion animal rabbit to die a terrible painful death. The older man we saw did not seem to have a good idea on how to hold a small animal and didn't seem bothered to help and said the rabbit wet himself constantly because he was lazy! we get asked all the time who we use for a vet. we've made sure all our friends know not to go here!

The staff here assisted me by making time to see my animals and all staff at the vet were friendly and professional. My only concern is that they charged consultation fees that seemed quite large especially when I had brought my animals in together with identical issues and one did not even end up being treated.

Great staff and they are really committed to your pets. Although not my regular vet I was forced to visit them and found myself pleasantly surprised at the professionalism.
