In December 2018 I used Wilson Parking twice by making a bookings online and paying for parking upfront on the time of the booking. Prior to that I received Wilson One card which was never linked properly I guess and by tapping it to the entrance of the parking supposed to give me access based on my bookings. The Wilson parking system never recognized my bookings and isued me an invoice with automatic debit from my credit card. These charges are not legitimate as i already paid prior and also are bigger amounts than previously booked prices. Called the 1300... no and was on the phone more than 30 min and nobody could help me out to cancel the double charges. The only info given was to email them. Their customer care give just the email address, nothing else. It sucks.

We love this place. It's not very expensive and its great atmosphere. Good for families with kids too as it has a playground.

I had massage booked with my friend a couple of weeks ago. First appointment was cancelled as one masseuse got sick. 2 weeks after, we were re-booked and the masseuse got sick again. The company was very apologetic and instead of re-booking it, we had a complimentary 1 hour face mask done on the day. I loved both services and everything was top level quality. I would book again with them anytime soon. Thank you very much.

I was very beautiful surpried of this experience. A lot of information provided on the tour. The pretended arrest was adding a bit of a spice for the day. A bit expensive but worth all the money. The family price 65 aud.

The riding on the beach was actually 5 min time to take photos instead of 15-20 min. All the way to the beach and back was in between bushes, not much to see around. Beside all, one girl was riding on Pixie which is a pony. I never requested for her to ride a pony, she is 14yo not 5. The other girl had a horse afraid of water, being spooked by waves. On the way back, all horses were spooked by a motorbike and started to run. One of them was running in the middle of the street. The guides couldn't manage them very well. The worst horse riding experience, $280 aud thrown on the window.

Beautiful tasty experience. The service was great, not pushy to buy a lot or expensive food. They dodn't mind to stay a bit longer there after we had our dinner for a talk either. They were pretty quick bringing the food on the plate. Actually I was never served quicker than that. :) Beautiful taste. The kids were thrilled and they wanna go back. Our dinner cost was 90 dollars for 4, including drinks.

I been there with my doggie when he had ear infection. I ended up paying a lot of money for consultation fee and treatment. A bit overpriced from my point of view. I was not able to claim insurrance streight away from them and i had to call them a few times in a row to request consultation notes for my insurance claim. Also they charge 30 dollars just to clip nails??? I was a bit shocked when I had to pay it.

Absolutely the best service shop. I go there for a few years now and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. Good prices and quality of service. Always detect possible problems in advance and always ring to confirm if I wanna fix it. Very easy to deal with and helpfull.

The best fresh meat I ever had in hills area. Prices are slightly cheaper than woolworths and the quality is much higher. I prefer beef grass fed which is absolutely beautiful. Regarding the veggie area, a bit pricy and not so fresh all the time. For veggie I would go to buy from a local grocery shop.

Good food there, but I don't like paying cash. Also they don't deliver which is a very big disadvantage when we do work orders for lunch.
