My two furry ones were not very happy and looked a bit stress when I picked them up. I also noticed the food they were given were not the brand that I've written down for them. My cats tend to easily gain weight, so I have written them instruction of how much food to be given. However, when I picked them up I saw they just left a whole bowl of dry food there. The owner lady was very cold, not much information was communicated when we drop off and pick up. I would not go back again.
