Cavallini

It's not particularly cheap but the quality is there. This is the clear standout for cakes, coffees, pastries, and rolls on Queens Pde and the staff at the front of the cafe are friendly.

Cavallini has been a constant comfort during lockdown. The food is always fresh and tasty, and the coffee consistently spot on customised to how we like it. The takeaway process is smooth and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff.

I've been here a couple of times and had a really lovely time. They make a great coffee and have a gorgeous assortment of cakes and snacks- which are really tasty and well made. They have a cute little area at the back of the cafe which is a bit quirky but a little more private if you're having a meeting or just want a bit more space. A nice place to grab some morning tea.

Cavallini is a bakery/cafe. They serve all sorts of sweet and savoury breads and pastries. I have been many times before and have never been disappointed, best of all, it is not $$$. From the doughnuts, to the brulee tarts, to the giant pizza slices it is all made with properly, generous on the ingredents, and with a slight homey feel.

Best croissants in town. Everything here is very good quality. You can't really go wrong. The cakes also look and taste great. It's perfect for eating in for lunch or taking something away. The staff are always pleasant.

There is nothing on the menu that isn't great.They are a cut above all bakery cafes in the local area.Always busy due to the excellence of food and service.My only complaint is that it is a bit squashed inside,so it isn't very peaceful.
