Matt has fixed my Brivis ducted heating unit in 2010 and last week. He was able to come on Saturday after I rang him on Friday morning. Another company booked me in for Thursday. As the unit did not work at all I was rather desperate. Luckily I then remembered about him. He is pleasant and polite. He rang before he come to confirm. His charge was very reasonable, as a new part was required and the job was fiddly taking nearly one hour.
