I needed some advice and made an appt with Teresa at CC Professionals and was really really happy. I had to take my 18month old along with me and sometimes that can be very distracting (and often frowned upon) but she was extremely helpful and printed things off and even wrote somethings down for me. I have since called her for advice and she has been more than happy to help me over the phone as well. I will be making our appt there for tax returns this year :-)

I had an appointment for my partner and i to get our tax return done there, i had booked weeks in advance as we are only available on friday afternoons, then 1 day before our appointment they call to cancel. the lady was very unprofessional and didnt seem very sorry..... i was very unhappy with their service as now it will probably take me weeks to book in anywhere..:(
