Physio was friendly and gave me the basic ice management advice.
Felt he could do more or be more thorough. But ankle got better anyways.
Did not go back as I managed after that

Very focused on exercises instead of them working on u. Am not too keen when physics spend all the time reviewing ur exercises. I can go online if I need a lesson in specific exercises,
