20th May, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: Alana Whitford from Central Coast Security has been charged with Iguanas Waterfront Security now for the last 2 years. In this time I have found both Alana and her employees to be cooperative and willing to work with the venue to achieve the best outcomes for our patrons and staff. Her teams duties have been varied and include controlling our night club at a 825 capacity & customer relations at other times of the week. Iguanas was listed at 24 on the NSW Governments list of Violent Hotels, this was a situation that Alana and her team had inherited from our previous contractor. I am pleased to say that after a great deal of work from both the venue and Central Coast Security, the latest figures have my venue placed at 179 on the list. This alone speaks for itself in reference to the commitment and professionalism shown by Central Coast Security. 16th July 2010 Hi Tony, I am continually impressed by your high level of communication to your staff regarding current issues and requirements! I believe this is one of the main reasons Central Coast Security are so good! Please let me continue by saying that I admire the levels of contingency planning that Central Coast Security performs to saturate the sites so that there will always be a quality staff member onsite. Also I just wanted to pass on that I have had numerous compliments regarding the guard at Cessnock Plaza and how professional he looks.
