The mechanics are very professional, very nice people and good service.
Repairing time is as punctual as promised.

Ive read this reviews online before coming down to get my car repaired at central districts smash, the reviews put me off alittle but considering they were a perfered repairer i took the chance and came down and seen them, they turn out to be really nice people and the gentleman that assited me was very lovely and polite, and explained what they were going to do. they were able to take the vehicle striaght away and organised the hire car as well while i completed the assesment. work was completed before the time they gave me and i loved there work. they also cleaned and buffed some marks that i had previous which really made the car look better, i would and highly recommed this to my friends and family.

Worst. Was send by insurance company to do a repair. They fix the damage in the accident, but they damage other parts. And denied its their responsibilities. And ask for 600 to get it fix, but i get a quote from other repair only cost 200. best liar. Do not go there. Dont believe!? Check google reviews. They only have 1.7star.

The Repairer was Central District Smash Repairs West Ryde

I agreed to having them be the repairer since it was close to the crash
They never contacted us about the car until the 22nd of Sept, when I believe that they should be in contact with us.

They said the car would be done by the 29th of September on Saturday, called them to ask progress, and they said they postponed to the second of October on the Tuesday.

2/9/12 Called them, said the car was done
returned the hire car at Castle Hill
They called us later in the day and said it wont be done till the 3rd.
Had to re-hire the car.
3/9/12 called us and said it was done....just before they closed.
4/10/12 Picked the car up
5/9/12 called us again asking to bring the car back to 'double check', at about half an hour before closing, I had no time to go because of such late notice.
i live in Blacktown which is on average 45 minutes away from West Ryde. 6/9/12 my father went down there to check if it was a job worth the time to drive up, it seemed like it was necessary to go, so i decided to go on Monday
8/9/12 I went up (45 mins), they literally checked it for 10 seconds.
They just wanted to make sure the spare tire was there.
I could have done it myself.
so i had gone up, driving up and down 1hour 30 mins in total, just for the sake of that 10 seconds which could have been done at home.

Going back today to get it double checked again.

I have had to use this company a few times now due to people hitting my car and I have found their service exceptional. They are friendly, have not looked down on me for being female and they have not tried to pull any wool over my eyes. They have provided a high quality of repairs and have been decent in their time frames (standard of a week). They also communicate exactly where the car is up to and when it will be available. Certainly recommended.
