When my water heater sprang a corrosion leak I rang around and checked online to source a replacement. Eventually I ordered one from a firm in Sydney. After waiting a week for delivery they emailed me to say they could not ship and had refunded my money.
And so I checked online again and found Centre Plumbing Plus. As it was now Saturday afternoon once more, I left my phone number on their website, with a request to contact me.
To my surprise they returned my call at 09:00 on Monday morning, and quoted a price which was 300 dollars less than the Sydney firms price. They also offered to deliver the water heater for a fee of 12.50 plus gst - an astonishing amount considering that they are a 1 hour drive from where I live, making for a 2 hour round trip. Even more amazing their own truck rolled up my driveway with the goods at 12:00 am that same day - just 3 hours after their first phone call. Thats what I call unbeatable service!
