The staff here seem bored and very unhelpful. They didn't help me or surrounding people well and were rude to aboriginal people next to me. I was quite offended.

The staff vary wildly between enthusiastic and helpful to those who look like they can catch something from just talking to you. Long wait lines but the phone lines are always very helpful
