Average sort of store that had most things easy to find and some hard. Staff were quite helpful and nothing major happened that I would write home about.

Found odd things in all 5 chicken rolls bought their over a period of 6 months. Was quite scary and didn't really think these odd bits of chucks should be in there.

Their good gave me heartburn and when I complained to the manager he didn't really care and give any further discounts which upset me and then it would of been challenging to see a difference in service.

Hard to understand the staff members serving you and constantly got the orders mixed up or wrong and some of the food was cold and tasteless.

Nothing special and mostly over worked staff don't always help you out just grunt comments at you and point you in the general direction which is a shame really.

Left me kids their once, never ever again. Dirty, horrible place that seems dated and I question the qualifications of all staff members there. An investigation should be launched!

An impressive store with a good range of books, compact discs and movies for your enjoyment. Would go there again just for the kids sake.

One of the worst eating experiences of my life. No real options or variations on their food and the service was horrible. Had to wait 40 minutes for a table and that was after booking it!

A quality store with quality food. Hard to ask for much more. Friendly staff and helpful when asked about what they use in their food. Will go back for sure.

Ordered burger here, 14 minutes late! Staff didn't even apologies or help when a milkshake was tipped on the floor and people slipped over. What is going on here?
