New renovation and staff are all rubbish.
They don't sell alcohol per bottle for a group of 80. Only sold us 4 jugs of mixed alcohol at a time for that large amount of people. Also regularly the alcohol that they sold us in jugs that we assume is "'mixed" with alcohol doesn't contain much alcohol content like other karaoke nearby. Therefore I would highly recommend you not to go there.
One of the worst places I've been.

Approximate cost: $4000

went there for a birthday party & everyone seemed quite impressed, although it was a little hard to find .. it was really dark inside .. which made it hard for one with poor vision like me to exit the room, find the toilet & find my way back to the right room again! :P

found out they have a BIG karaoke room for groups of 35-50, so if our party ever swells to such a size, we know where to go!

only other negative was it did'nt have the one song i really wanted to sing for my friend in their selection 'permission to shine' by Bachelor Girl + another one just for fun -- 'I feel good' by James Brown. Otherwise, $12 for 2 hours of Karaoke aint half bad! they've even got an 'all you can sing' special -- ask them about it ;)

Approximate cost: $12

Song selection very meager and sound and music video quality was not that good. The song selection system was quite hard to use but the rooms were very clean and nice.

i actually found this karaoke venue has the most updated english songs system compared with other karaoke places that i've been.

must say this place has a really cool stylish design in Sydney's karaoke venues.

The rooms are extremely nice; very clean and they all have their own funky theme. The whole of CEO karaoke has an impressive interior. If you are a student, the prices are very cheap, if not, during happy hour it's $15 for 2 hours, each person. Which is still quite affordable.

The staff are quick to answer calls from your room (called 3 times, twice because the remote ran out of battery and one mike ran out of battery). As mentioned just then, the wireless mics were a treat but they ran out of battery quite quickly. Which was annoying.

The karaoke system is terribly had to control though. I very much prefer the book+code system, rather than this complicated database system. The english music was quite outdated, with the "new songs" listing songs from over 5 years ago in the first few pages. There was a disappointing amount of new korean and japanese songs, although there were many chinese songs to be found.

Great design, spacious venue, excellent service with a smile.

This is the best karaoke place in Sydney, the manager can speak really good English. They abide by the laws even if it means they earn less money. The decor is absolutely stunning! They sell drinks, their microphones are the best in town. Will definitely go there as my first karaoke pick! Cheap as well, $6/hour!

Wonderful and refreshing karaoke joint in the city. Modern and clean rooms to sing in with stylish interior design. Comes with fairly recent English songs too. Great service. Cheap during the day - about $8 if you're not a student (Saturday)
