I have car insurance with CGU. I have found that they are a lot cheaper than other companies and yet have fantastic service. Whenever I have had a problem they have been able t sort it out over the phone and the work has been done asap. They also have a service where you take your car back to them to have the work checked out to make sure they have done a proper job and through this service they have sent me back to get the job fully completed.

I rang in with a claim enquiry on Friday and they offered to do it over the phone, they gave me instant approval, and the job was done Monday morning. The operator was really helpful and extremely pleasant.

I had a claim for a accident that wasn't my fault and the car was past fixing . CGU handled the claim very quickly without any fuss or to much paperwork and hassles . Staff were very helpful and caring .
