The tradesman came at the exact time he said he would, was pleasant and professional. His quote was reasonable, he started the job on the day arranged, did an excellent job and cleared up really well so that there was nothing for me to do

I had an invention idea and Neil Cosford was recommended as a very clever and innovative engineer. He easily understood the ideas I had and did an excellent job, he also contributed his own ideas to make it even better.

I rang and asked for a quote on broken roof tiles, I asked him to do it as soon as convenint as a cyclone was threatened and he did the job the following day. He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I had to have a window replaced and the glazier did the job and posted the invoice on a Friday and rang me to tell me he received the cheque by the next Wednesday, it takes two days for postage each way so they must have sent the cheque on receipt, incredible.

I rang in with a claim enquiry on Friday and they offered to do it over the phone, they gave me instant approval, and the job was done Monday morning. The operator was really helpful and extremely pleasant.
