We found ourselves stuck on the Gold Coast for an extra night due to an injury. Normally they only take bookings for 5 nights or more but due to the circumstances they made an exception for us. The room was great and very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something in the Varsity Lakes area.

The apartments themselves are fantastic in terms of layout and location however the uptight and unfriendly staff at reception are a real turn off. Unhelpful and moody..need to hire management with customer service skills. Otherwise a great place to stay.
