We stumbled across this fantastic little restaurant on our weekend away in Torquay. The food is amazing and they have Melbourne Bitter on tap!

We shared 3 tapas plates to start - Croquettes, Fried Kefalograveria Saganaki and the Duck Rillette - they were all amazing! We probably could have stopped there but we had already ordered a main meal to share - Potato, Herb & Parmesan Gnocchi with a Wagyu Beef Shin Ragu. Awesome is not enough to describe how delicious it was!

The bill came to just under $100 for the two of us - I had a couple of beers and Sharon had a glass of wine.

Had breakfast here yesterday. Great coffee and we had Fruit & Nut Bread and Banana Bread with them. The Fruit & Nut Bread was delicious - I'm not a fan of Banana Bread but my daughter enjoyed it and finished it.

Absolutely delicious food and very reasonably priced. We started with Prawn Toast, Crab Spring Rolls and Prawn Crackers. Mains were Mussaman Beef - the beef was so tender - delicious! We also had the Pad See-Ew with crispy Pork Belly which was also fantastic. We had some Egg Fried Rice to go with it just so that my daughter would eat something. We took the leftovers home for lunch the next day.

Went here for dinner with my partner and my daughter last Friday night. My daughter said she could eat a whole 13 inch large pizza!!! (She couldn't). Large pizzas range from $20 to $26 and they are delicious. I had the Carne Mista, Sharon had the Aussie and Zoe had the Hawaiian. The pizza is delicious and we ended up taking a lot home for breakfast!

If you are buying a pizza for two then I would go a large - definitely not a large each!

We went here for our anniversary dinner on Friday night when they offer Fraction Fridays during the off season - $38 for 2 courses or $45 for 3 courses and you have a choice of 3 entrees, 3 mains and 3 desserts.

We decided to go for mains and desserts and had a dozen Oysters to start with - 6 Oysters Kilpatrick and 6 Oysters Mornay which was a delicious way to start our meal.

For mains we chose the Seafood Chowder and the Confit Duck Leg - both were sensational. The Seafood Chowder had lots of fresh seafood in a delicious broth and was served with freshly baked bread. The Confit Duck was served with Kipfler Potatoes, Beans and confit Beetroot.

Dessert was Banana Fritter and a Baileys Creme Brulee - the fritter came with Mustcatel Ice Cream. Both were delicious but probably too much after what we had already eaten.

The 3 course menu changes - they have it Wednesday and Friday at the moment.

I'm looking forward to going back for their Seafood Platter for 2 @ $160 ... we'll have to save for that.

We had a few drinks between us and the total came to about $150 all up ... not cheap but definitely worth every cent!

The service was also fantastic =)

Dulcie's is a great little bar in Merimbula just down from the RSL. They don't have a phone number and they don't take bookings! Went here on Friday night as a family friend was playing guitar from 5 - 9pm. They have a very limited food menu - burgers, chips and oysters and that is it. Burgers start around $14 for a Cheeseburger up to $18 for the Chicken Burger. You can get a (big) basket of fries for $6.

Their drinks are what you would call craft beers, wines and cocktails. Beers are between $8 - $12, wines are mainly by the bottle - the limited wines you can get by the glass are around $11 - $13. Cocktails start at around $16.

Great atmosphere and a hidden gem in Merimbula. Need to have plenty of cash if you're going to drink there for the night.

Have been here a few times over the last few weeks. Went there for breakfast today and even though there are a lot of roadworks going on in the area it was still quite busy.

I had a McCafe coffee and a toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich and relaxed while reading the paper. Service was great, I think their coffee is great and the toasted sanga was great as well.

I have been here for lunch and even though we ordered from the normal menu and not the Gourmet Creations range they offered us table service!

Went here for lunch today and unfortunately they didn't have any meatballs left. I went with the suggested Pizza Sub and was asked if I would like that in a $6 meal with a drink and cookie which I did.

The young man who served me was very pleasant and the sub and cookie were very tasty. Great price for a decent lunch time meal.

Went here for lunch today and had their lunch special - you have a choice of about ten different dishes with Beef, Chicken or Pork it is $10 or with Prawns it is $12. Great meals and excellent value. The Prawn Pad Thai that I had was so big there is no way I could finish it. Their a la carte menu is very reasonably priced as well.

They are open for lunch 6 days and dinner 7 days. Well worth a visit. It is located in an old homestead with beautiful gardens next to an old bluestone church.

We will definitely be back!!!

Went here for lunch today - they have a lunch special for $9.50 which gives you a choice of about 20 different dishes with either steamed or fried rice - excellent value!!! Between the 3 of us we had Chicken & Cashews, Beef in Black Bean and Honey Chicken and all 3 dishes were really tasty.

Their main meals for dinner are really reasonably priced as well - comparable to the big city - and with other take away places in the area being so expensive (Pizza and Fish & Chips especially) it represents great value.
