Service, staff, prices, aircon are all the good things about Megafresh Chandler but the downside was when I bought NEW SEASON DELICIOUS APPLES on Monday 29 April 2019. These apples were NOT NEW SEASON. These apples should have been crispy but they were chalky which means those apples have been in cold storage.

DISAPPOINTED!!

Although I normally shop on the Northside where I live, I had to go to Capalaba on business and thought I would call in when I saw the Mega Fresh signage.
The first thing that hit me was the cooling relief of their Air-Conditioned premises. (Like an Oasis in the desert on a hot day) The lines of fresh fruit and vegetables along with their Cold Meats and Cheeses and International Deli lines makes you wonder where to start your shopping first, the choices are mind boggling!
Their pricing is good too, on my particular purchase I would have saved at least 20-25% on what I would normally spend at my local Coles or Woollies.
Irrespective of the price, the quality is significantly better and no one runs around spraying the fruit and veg with water just to make it appear ‘Fresh’
The staff were very helpful with my questions and my overall experience was a joy. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic! Staff are friendly and helpful, lovely, delicious produce, well varied. Nice and cheap, I have a large family, feeding my hoard can be very expensive. I had an overflowing trolly, which would have cost me double of what I normally pay in supermarkets. With the added bonus of being far better quality. I love fresh fruit and veg, and am typically disappointed with supermarket produce, and some green grocers. I will definitely be shopping there from now on.

I spied this fruit and veggie barn yesterday as I was visiting one of my favourite establishments in the Redlands area, Capalaba Produce. Reaching the store required a u-turn on busy Old Cleveland Road, however it was certainly worth it. What I found when I entered Megafresh was not only an amazing fruit and veg shop, but also an incredible butchers and deli.

The fruit and veggies are fresh and incredibly well priced. Most items as you enter the store are sold in buckets of around 1kg each. To feed my ever hungry children I was able to pick up tomatoes for 99c per kg, cavendish bananas for $1.29 per kg and pink lady apples for $2.99 per kg. They also had 2 iceberg lettuces for $3.00 and a six pack of Lebanese bread for $1.49. Brushed potatoes came in at a bargain price of 5kg for $4.99. My kids were stoked by my bags of goods and relieved by the cooling air conditioning which was a great relief from the heat outside. I highly recommend Chandler Megafresh.

This fruit market offers good, quality and cheap products with the very helpful, friendly staff who will take the groceries to the car. The deli is amazing with offers lots tasting samples and has everything. Outside of the market has smaller and cheaper price than inside the the prices are good. It is not just a fruit market it has from fruit, vegetables, lots of gourmet groceries, asian, indian, softdrink, juice, chips and lots of different nuts. It is must for everyone.

I have been a regular shopper at Megafresh since it opened. Great deli, wonderful personal service, and good quality fruit and veg. The fruit and veg outside is excellent value for money, but some of it is not quite as good in quality as the fruit and veg indoors.

It also stocks cheap bread and milk, a range of continental and Asian grocery lines, eggs, deli meats and other deli goodies.

I highly recommend it

Great products, excellent Deli and service. The prices are very good, especially for products located outside the fruit shop.
