Called in to get a quote for Reservoir VIC rental. Was given quote of below $360ish end of lease clean. Charged 705 for service 09Jul19. Townhouse was only less than a year old and we kept it clean. Also didn't realise receipt given did not reflect the itemised service, only total price (Even though all they had to do was tick the choices on the invoice). Already suspicious! Sent an email to question the charges... no reply. Called in... answered but was advised that cleaner/technicial will ring back. No return call. My mistake was I initially agreed for it. Not an excuse but I was a bit stressed regarding the move and build of a new property. Also relied on reviews on their website (ofcourse, it favours them) . Didn't look at other independent reviews. Property was clean but it wasn't filthy from the start. Beware of technician [name removed] or better yet look for someone else.
