Unfortunately carpets are not as clean as first thought under a different light and once dried, also floor rug that was cleaned still looks dirty on one end and the nap has not been lifted therefore the floor rug still looks dirty and flat on one end, also I have never paid more than $130 to have my carpets cleaned before so I think $180 was a little overpriced, and I was quoted on the phone $30 to clean my floor rug not $70 as was informed upon arrival, I had to negotiate down to $30 and was also informed it was an extra $10 per room and for the floor rug for sanitizing which I was not informed of when booking
