I love chefs Gallery. The food is great, the service is good and the menu is expansive. I like how the menu entails pictures, it makes it easier to select a dish when you are not familiar with dish names etc.
Dumplings are delicious, custard buns are yummy, noodles are nice.

Always busy, and good dining place. Good varieties on the menu for all to choose from. Handmade noodles/dumplings, cute character custard buns, meat dishes etc, all tasty and fresh.

Chef's gallery is always very busy however it usually doesn't take too long to get a table. The menu is a book full of very professional and beautiful looking images of each item on the menu. Everything sounds so delicious and I didn't know what to order! We ended up choosing the assorted entree, Roast duck and citrus salad, spinach noodles tossed with king brown mushrooms, signature roast duck and the caramelized eggplant. Unfortunately, the dishes look nothing like the pictures in terms of presentation! This is a little disappointing considering how beautiful they look in the photos, however they are very nice taste-wise. The duck was a particular highlight for me - perfectly cooked and so delicious! Would visit again.

This place was amazing the first time I went but has been slowly going downhill since. Their handmade noodles are now obviously not hand made and the portion sizes have become noticeably smaller. Not the worst place to eat but could be improved.

Good dining place. The interior has elegant displays of Chinese calligraphy. Good varieties of food on menu. The food was also good and delicious.
