Incredibly unhappy with my recent treatment from this clinic. Even though I had been taking my dog here for over 14 years when the final day came and I needed them the most to help me with my old dog after she had a stroke like 'turn' they told me they were too busy and couldn't do anything for me until the following day, try to keep her comfortable and they would ring me later!!!!!! The service here definitely deteriorated over the years after the original management passed away and the clinic was taken over by a larger group - seems to me it became a training clinic and there was a constant changeover of staff, particularly over the past 12 or so months. I used to recommend this clinic to others but not now - my recommendation now is find somewhere else. After Chelsea Clinic couldn't/wouldn't help me I took my old girl elsewhere - I still lost her but they were very caring and very professional which made the loss a bit easier to deal with.

This is a small veterinary practice that also offers pet boarding services. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely concerned for their four legged clients. Services are well priced however pet supplies are on the expensive side.
