My woollen carpets and all of my rugs were cleaned by Col.
He was prompt, efficient and gave me some good advice re extra care for my rugs. The price came in lower than any other quotes I had received. I have used Col once before and will continue to use his services. What I like the most is that my carpets, being wool, are not left feeling wet, and dry within one hour.

Col was extremely professional from the moment he took my call. I was asking him to try to rectify stains another local carpet cleaner had not been able to budge. He was honest and let me know that whilst he would try he didn't know if he would be successful. He did a superb job and we will certainly be booking him again. He vacuumed the rooms before starting, put out protectors on walls and furniture, used a buffer and a rake to make sure my wool carpet was soft once dry. A great local business who I have already recommended to family.
