I placed a large order just before christmas and wasn't expecting it to arrive until maybe the new year, but within a couple of days I received notification from Australia Post informing me my package was awaiting pick up. I was impressed, it was nicely packed and I really liked all the free samples I received.

Fabulous! This is the best way to save money on everyday items with so many great discounts, heaps of free samples once you spend over $30 and to top it off, fast free delivery.

Their delivery time frame seems to be getting better. I received my items within 2 days of placing my order and postage was free. If you spend over $30 you have a choice of free samples, I usually receive 4 or 5 with every order. With so many bargains at the moment, l know I will be placing a few more orders before Christmas.

I have placed a few orders with them now and each time they seem to be getting better, I always received at least 5 free samples with every order and I have been fortunate to find a code to receive free delivery each time. Their prices are great, so much cheaper than elsewhere, I have saved heaps of money!

I finally received my online order from Chemist Warehouse, as it had taken so long they sent it via express post which I did appreciate. However, the packing of my items was unacceptable, they just tossed everything in with some paper on top, very disappointing. I was really looking forward to receiving my new foundation only to find that it was not "NEW", it was not sealed and upon removing the lid I could see it had been used, also i could see that they had tried to wipe foundation stains off the tube. I then squeezed the tube to find only air came out. It was empty! I thought they must have sent me one of their 'testers'. Also my mascare didn't look new and wasn't sealed. I called them and explained my issues and was then told to take some photos and email them, which I did. I received an apology and they tried to assure me that this is not how they do business. I received a full refund via pay pal the next day which I was happy with.

This was my first time ordering online from them, I still have another order on its way, I have my fingers crossed that everything arrive in one piece and be new.
