I requested two repeats of my antidepressant. The shop assistant handed me one, saying "you get one today". No explanation and no conversation with the dispensing pharmacist.

Will never return, as I need to purchase two repeats for my health insurance. I will take my business to a pharmacy that is willing to provide what I request.

Bought 3 perfumes from CW online, one was Guess Seductive, and I suspect it was not authentic. The chain and heart were missing, the sticker on the front looks different and it sprays on my finger from the top of the button. I contacted CW the day it was received and 4 times since with no reply and today they tell me it's been too long and basically bad luck. Very poor form, and I will be investigating how to obtain a refund!

CW doesn't exchange product where the wrong product has been purchased. Staggering in this day of customer service. Supermarkets do, other retailers do but not Chemist Warehouse.

These guys have fantastic specials all the time, much more competitive than major supermarket chains for things like dishwasher tablets, baby wipes etc. I always come away with more than I had planned!

Great cheap chemist. My scripts are cheaper here and the other products in store are very competitive. The only thing I would say that lets it down a little is I think they are a little understaffed and they are always pushed for time.

About time we got a chemist in the area which is not ripping us off!! The same medication from National pharmacies cost me $11.00 more with my members discount than what it cost to buy from the Chemist Warehouse. At this place you can get a ventolin puffer for around $6.50 without a prescription, this is as cheap as I could find anywhere. I used to pay $20 with a script until I found out that you can buy them over the counter one at a time. They have very good bargains and also a good range of perfumes (according to my wife), all pretty good prices too.

Like they say on the ad, they really are cheaper (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot when items are on special) than other chemists. Good range of general goods as well.
