I am a regular here and I have ALWAYS found Justin to be attentive to my complex needs and comforting and reassuring at all times. He is constantly checking on me whilst I am in the store and he will try his absolute best to help me find the best product for my situation. I will wait until I know that Justin is on to get my scripts filled because I can be guaranteed to walk away satisfied.

Just wanted to say how great Sue is at Glendale Chemistworks. I’ve just moved house & this is now my local pharmacy. Sue always has a smile on her face & always extremely helpful every time I’m there.

I went in to your Glendale store yesterday to get a prescription filled. I had some questions and Roger went out of his way to inform me what I wanted to know about it. Nothing was to much trouble for him, Really nice to have such great service.

Chemist works is the BEST chemist to visit, they have exceptional customer service, including pharmacist advice. They always have great specials on beauty and everyday products (soaps, shampoos, deoderants ect.).
Aswell as the amazing customer service and deals, They are open late ALL WEEK!!

Ive found that the staff at Chemist works Glendale to be very help full and have been going there for a few years they are very helpfull reminding me when im going to need a new scripet

As the carer of a very seriously medically in-firmed family member I have relied on this business for over 4 years fro a large range of medical issues from scripts to equipment and personal care items. Unfortunately, a recent experience with a young pharmacist was very disheartening as I was blamed for a mistake a staff member had made, in front of other customers. This turned out to be completely untrue and when the general manager was informed, the matter was not treated seriously. I have since left the pharmacy after over 4 years of patronage. If you need to regularly rely on a pharmacy, such as a carer or someone with complex medical needs, DON'T rely on Chemistworks Glendale. You're continued business is not appreciated or valued.

I have always gone to Chemistworks at Glendale for gifts, medicine, makeup and piercings. The current pharmicist is awesome, knows what he is talking about and really helpful. The only issue I have with here is some of the younger staff are more interested in socialising then helping customers, but I have always found someone helpful!

It takes a very long time to get your scripts filled. If you have a non PBS script (those not on the governments list) Expect to be over charged. I was charged $240 for a non PBS medication and at another chemist it was $190. Do your research on pricing of these if you intend to go here.

Could have faster prescription service the staff are quite friendly. Definately have a huge range of products on offer. Great cosmetics, but overall the naked spray tan is an absolute must!
