Use to love this place when it was just the one near Myer but their new one sucks, have been twice and both times was really bad, one occasion my chips were raw and cold. Also was REALLY expensive for a tray of chips and gravy

Yep there has to be new owners!! . New signage, friendly SMILING staff who really go out of their way to help!! The nachos are delicious but you just cant go past the chips and gravy!! quality product, great business!! I really recommend them!!

This place seems to have had an overhaul lately? New menu board, some new staff but overall what ever has happened is great! Really friendly staff now, food is fresh and their chips & gravy are still unbeatable! Tried one of their baked potatoes for the first time and well worth it. Keep up the good work!

this place has the best chip and gravy. if im ever in the area i always will get them. they also have other food such as dim sims, potato cakes, chiko roll etc. they also make up chicken burger. great friendly staff, never had any problems with this place! love them

I love the chips and gravy at this place. When i was pregnant i use to come here every week just for chips and gravy. The staff however can be quite rude. It is a nightmare to go at lunch time so best for morning or afternoon. Their chicken balls also use to be nice. I loved this place but after having my baby and getting a quick snack while out shopping i found the staff started to go down hill and had no customer service skills at all.
I highly recommend their chips and gravy though!

The staff are rude. But the food is wonderful.
One of the staff members was standing there doing nothing when I had handed her the change.. she walked towards the register and stopped to chat with her friend. My partner asked her if she could keep working and (infront of plenty of customers) she snapped at him "HUH? YOU WANT YA CHANGE OR NOT?!?" like a child! At this point I stepped in and said politely that it was my change and I will have it back, she then slammed it down of the metal bain marie top really hard and loud and muttered something. I was humiliated.
But they have the best chips and gravy in town. I just get soemone else to order for me.
