Very welcoming staff and lovely atmosphere. Food was yummy and very generous portions. Decor was lovely and quirky but still pretty. Will be back for sure.

I love this place. Every time we visit surfers, we make sure we have dinner here. The resort setting is beautiful, the staff are really efficient and lovely and the food is yum! I went here last week with friends and once again, it did not disappoint!

Beautifully presented restaurant & staff. We're visiting from Melbourne & had high hopes after reading reviews. The kids chicken cashewnut dish was really nice but my beef massaman curry was dissapointing (very watery & bland). It was nice but we'll try a different spot next time. Tip: don't sit in the elephant chairs, those things were ridiculous & we could hardly move them to get in & out of the table

Well priced, great service, delicious food.

I go here every few months or so. It's one of the best Thai restaurants around. I quite enjoy their curries, they're not too spicy, and you can ask for extra mild if spicy isn't exactly your thing. The staff there are nice, and they keep the place nice and tidy. It's also kid friendly, so you can bring along your little ones for a nice time out.

exceptional service and beautiful restaurant. We visit on a fortnightly basis and have thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Kid friendly, clean and relaxing! We also get take away if the kids are too tired and its only a short wait even if they are busy.

came to this place cuz of the reviews they had. deco and atmosphere was really nice. opened the menu and saw that they had a lot of awards, so we were expecting big things. their food really didnt disappoint! it was really nice even the stir fry vegetables was awesome. however, i didnt really enjoyed their green curry. the bottom of the menu mentioned that it needs to be minimum $25 per person, just dont bother about that, we only ordered till $20 per person. Their service was ok overall, some really good staff and some not so friendly ones.

As locals we visit this restaurant frequently as we can walk there. The food is always always always outstanding as is the service. The restaurant has a really authentic atmosphere and they have gone to a lot of touble to source the items from the carved timber chairs right through to the cutlery. The food is always fresh and I can highly recommend the yellow seafood curry and the money bags. If you have a group of people one of the banquets is the way to go, that way you have a chicken, beef, seafood and vege dish, plus rice, entrees and soup, the servings are huge and always enough to go around. The restaurant is licenced but you can BYO your own wine too which is always good. To top the night off you can't go past some fresh deep fried ice cream with lychees. This restaurant is a real credit to the owners and the long term staff. It can be full sometimes so we always try and make a booking so as not to be dissappointed.

such a beautiful restraunt , the women who work here wear such gorgeous gowns and the food is what one would say is to die for, the fried ice cream is out of this world and the thai green curry is perfect with just the right amount of fluffy rice to compliment it , what one would say is perfect recommed this place to every one to come again and again

chiangmai thai is a brautiful resturant with beautiful smiles to welcome u,the woman where thai robes which look beautiful the menu its very cadual and extremely reasonable for thai had some thai chicken curry which was so tasty and the rice was fragrent for dessert we had fried icecream which i havent had for tears its was so tasty

This beautiful setting for a restaurant makes you feel you are actually in Thailand. Such mouth watering authentic Thai cuisine within a magnificent interior design & ambience.

No visit to the Gold Coast is complete (for me at least) without at least 1 visit to Chiangmai Thai. The most delicious thai restaurant that I've found. The service is always friendly, the ladies, dressed in Thai robes, look beautiful. The restaurant has a great feel and the food is fabulous.

This restaurant is a fav of mine for take away. I love their food. fresh clean and authentic Thai. Always hospitable and friendly. A casual restaurant if dining in, and children friendly. Ginger Fish is a personal favourite..along with the deep fried icecream..although thats not very Thai... Love the water features here and amazingly heavy elephant chairs! Incredibly cheap!! Share a main between two people easy.

For those who have been to Thailand, you know the taste when you eat it.
Love the Tom Yum Soup and the Pineapple fried rice.
Staff is always pleasant and cheerful.
The outdoor carts are astonishing.

Within the the Crown Towers Resort the setting of this Chiangmai Thai is just gorgeous. The service is fast and courteous. The food is really really good. Our favourite is the spicy beef. We also like to dine at the Broadbeach one, but they are both really good.

This is where I fell in love with thai food. This restaurant is in a beautiful setting and the staff, particularly the women, are dressed in lovely, traditional garments. They also have 2 other restaurants in Broadbeach and Nobby Beach, which I have not tried but are owned by the same people. Amazing food.

The decor is beautiful with all Thai wooden carved furniture. The food is delicious! We had a group of 8 adults and 3 toddlers and we shared several dishes that were all really really good! Not quite as good as the Chiangmai Thai in Broadbeach but really close!

INCREDIBLE! Everything was amazing from the outdoor dining, inside dining - all the artwork, artifacts, the staff were delightful and friendly. The food - OH MY GOODNESS - the best Thai I've ever had outside Thailand.

The pad thai was so fresh and mouthwatering, the deep fried icecream was by far the best I've ever had. A little more pricey but totally worth it! Cost $50 for two.
