I don't know what is going on here but it has really gone downhill. The staff used to be so happy and friendly and their food was always great, so fresh and delicious, perfectly cooked chicken and chips. But last 2 visits were so disappointing, this placed was lacking in every way, dry crispy chicken and soggy chips, slow miserable service. Not sure if I will give them another try.

With having a few hot days I didn't feel like cooking so we picked up some take away from the Chicken Inn. They have such an extensive menu but we knew what we were after, burgers, yiros and chips and salad. Always reliable, never disappointed, staff fast and friendly.

They now have a new addition to their menu "McLaren Vale Shiraz Hamburger", not sure what I think of it, might see if it's on the menu next time.

Prices are very reasonable with chicken rolls and gravy for around $4.50, heaps of combo meals for around $10.

Have picked up takeaway from here a few times now. They have quite an extensive menu including hot dogs, seafood, salads, fish and chips, burgers and of course chickens.

Have always found their delicious chargrilled chickens to be quite moist, never dry. Their salads are to die for, love the coleslaw and potato salad. My boys really enjoy their burgers with the lot and also yiros - the garlic sauce is superb! They always have lunch times specials for around $10 and special meal deals for the family.

Always found this takeaway to be very clean and also fast friendly service with a smile.

Definitely recommend. Very delicious, quality food here.
