Terrible experience
One of the worst restaurant in Tasmania. We four went yesterday to have some Chinese food first of all as we entered some weird smell was coming and we noticed the carpet was wet. After entering we were told to be seated with inappropriate gesture. When we were ready to order we called waiter but she seemed ignorant and only came to us after nearly 20 mins. The order was taken and service was pretty quick but the food was not good at all. Singaporian fried rice was nothing but just rice fried in oil with some chunks of pork meat no flavour at all. Chicken chow mein and king prawn chow mein was deep fried noodles with huge pice of cauliflower and broccoli. The sauce had no seasoning on it. This was one of the worst experience from us and would not like to recommend at all. The most annoying thing is the owner not able to take reviews in positive manner. The customer review will always help to be better and improve quality and service, but by reading other reviews I am suprised how the owner is replying them.

A good take away place although sometimes they can be low on stuff and variety could be better but otherwise prices are good, the curry chicken and other dishes are all very tasty

Staff are very lovely and welcoming, the food is served hot and fresh and in a timely manner. Staff are attentive regularly checking in to make sure we were happy but without making us feel uncomfortable about their presence

I went to the China Garden a few weeks ago with my mum & sisters for my mums birthday dinner & loved loved loved it. From the time we were seated we were made feel as though we were the only people in the restaurant, the waitresses were quick to get us what ever we wanted. Once our meals were ordered they came out quickly & were piping hot. The food was delicious, real authentic chinese taste. Our whole night was made wonderful by the staff. Many thanks to them

My friend and i went for dinner and the food is excellent and talking about the price is cheaper than any other restaurant. The waitress are lovely i have thesame incident like pauline that i have a bit leftover and wanted to take it home and i got told thesame thing that due to government regulation you cant take any leftover with even if you paid for it but at that time i didnt care coz i enjoy myself.

Food was quite good and one waitress was lovely, but when we went to leave we asked for a doggie bag as we had quite a lot over, and were promptly told due to goverment health controls we could not take food home!! Why we asked as people near our table we doing take-aways she got very cross I have checked and its not true you can take food away if paid for
