The quality of the food here is quite good. The meals and yum cha are satisfying and the price is a bonus. The atmosphere is a little lacking but the food makes up for that.

Definitely the best yum cha around. Don't expect a fancy looking restaurant; it looks like an RSL. But the food is always fresh and excellent. Join the Cultural Club to get a 10% discount. They are licensed & dinner is just as good (food-wise) as lunch - try their Chilli or Pepper whole mudcrab...yummm!!!my friend had taken me once and love to go again with her.

The Chinese Cultural Club Restaurant is awesome, and the Yum Cha is the best in Sydney. It's open seven days a week but it's kind of tucked away so it is mostly filled with Chinese people. I liked the livelyness of the room, although Idon't remember there being any windows. Apart from the Yum Cha I've also tried dishes from the set menu which are not quite as good or fun. Apart from that it's really a more than just a dining experience. Highly recommended.

Approximate cost: $15
