Dreadful customer service. The young man calling himself the manager had no perception of right and wrong treatment of customers. Flat out refusal to refund an item which was not as advertised and although proof was provided the refusal to accept it was to such an extreme that I question how this store has remained in business. I have heard of many disgruntled customers since then. I can only imagine how much better their sales would be if they hadn’t lost so many long term customers. Anybody would know if you don’t honour a sale you are likely to lose a customer permanently. Such unprofessionalism I haven’t seen in a business before.

I always feel disappointed after visiting the store because the staff are so very AWFUL!
Their attitude is, "Don't know, don't care, find it yourself if you can be bothered, I'm just here to take your money". You never get a smile , help or advice. How does anyone get a job in a health food shop and not know ANYTHING about any of the products? That would be bad enough, but to be down right rude as well... unbelievable!

I telephoned the shop to buy a particular product and was told that was not available. The young man (Liam) advised me what was on offer in the store, and was extremely knowledgable about the specific product I wanted. He did not try to "up sell" or make me feel he was trying to make a sale. Very impressed

Great store, it has a good variety and the pricing is reasonable. The staff however are terrible when it comes to the basics of customer service. There is no hello how are you? Instead I have often received a cocked eyebrow to acknowledge my presense followed by the amount my purchases come to. The only pleasant small talk I have encountered was by a young man who was a naturopathic student. I would be happy to go elsewhere however at this stage find the location most convinient. It's a shame that they are either too comfortable or don't take their customers quest for health seriously enough to engage and provide support.

I often stop in here for a few things. I like a specific bread which isn't always in, so they arrange to order it in for me. I found the young male shop assistant very helpful in giving advice.

Pretty standard health food shop. Some things are a little pricey compared to other health food shops. Staff are generally very helpful, although not particularly friendly. A good range of products and they stock very addictive beetroot chips.

I really like this store because often when I'm looking for something peculiar and hard to find, they have had it, but the shop is quite small and impossible to browse through with a wide pram and curios children! Generally the staff are helpful but I have had a number of visits where the service was borderline rude. As with most health food stores, the prices are slightly higher than bigger stores, but all in all I haven't found them to be too highly priced.
