I really like this store because often when I'm looking for something peculiar and hard to find, they have had it, but the shop is quite small and impossible to browse through with a wide pram and curios children! Generally the staff are helpful but I have had a number of visits where the service was borderline rude. As with most health food stores, the prices are slightly higher than bigger stores, but all in all I haven't found them to be too highly priced.

We get fish and chips for dinner once or twice a fortnight, and have been going here for our 'lazy night' for the last year or so. The chips are always good, never old or oily or stale. The fish has always been fresh tasting and a decent size, and the souvlaki's are always good too! They have meal packs for 2, 3 or family one's which are better value and whenever we've ordered the packs we usually find a bonus potato cake in the pack (actually, one time there was an extra piece of fish!), which I really like - they all used to do that in the 'ol' days!

I LOVE this Restaurant! The food is fantastically good, there is a fireplace for when it's cold and the staff aren't really posh, like at some winery/restaurants I've been to.
The night we went they had live music and it was brilliant - don't know if they have live music regularly though. ??

This place may not exactly roll out the red carpet for your 'movie experience', but for great value there's no better place to go. It's about half the price (or less) than most other cinemas. From time to time we have wanted to see a movie that they haven't been showing, so we go elsewhere, but this is always our first port of call when we want to see a movie.

Approximate cost: $4.50 - 6.50

A lovely little restaurant, nice for a semi-casual dinner with friends. There is very little street parking so we had to park around the back and walk over - which isn't that much fun in the middle of winter! But the food was fresh and tasty, not the best tai I've ever had but still really good and not expensive. We were the last one's there and none of the staff made us feel uncomfortable or like we should be leaving, which I always appreciate!

This place is just gorgeous - stunning views and great facility. The spa was sensational and lounging around in a robe and slippers was very therapeutic. I had a 1/2 hour massage, which was lovely, although not the best massage I've ever had.
This is the first day spa I've been to so I don't really know how it compares, but what I will say is the girls did seem quite young and therefore, err, somewhat lacking (although still lovely). I think when your paying good money for pampering you really want well experienced therapists who 'own' what they do, and do it really well, but that's just my opinion! My friend had a manicure here too, which didn't even include a little hand massaging! oh well!

We've been here a few times now and we really like it for a casual but nice brunch or lunch. Mostly the service is very friendly, and the food is good. We did have a complaint on one occasion (a steak sandwich with a very, very small piece of steak, didn't even fill a quater of the bread!) and didn't think it was dealt with all that well, but they did have a new person just start that day, and on the whole the good made up for the lack.

This is the best place to buy nappies. The regular prices are cheap, but their specials are amazing! They sell factory direct, and you can chose different grades of nappies from factory seconds to premiums. They also sell heaps of other baby needs, including wipes and feeding equipment and loads of other stuff. They have huggies nappies and wipes too, which I think are usually slightly cheaper than what you would find elsewhere. Last visit I got boxes of babylove premium nappies (size XL, which I think is 72 nappies in a box) for $21. I personally couldn't care less if they're not in a nice packet!! They also have a loyalty card where you get a free packet of baby wipes after 6 visits of spending $10 each time. You can park around the back of the building for easier loading, not many car spaces at the shop front and they're often taken.

I love this little shop, you can pick up some great bargains. They have a great range of all arty crafty stuff. They usually have a clearance tub out the front, but the specials are great. I found gorgeous coloured 12x12 scrapbooking paper for 70cents, plus shape maker scissort (to cut wavy or patterned edges) for 99cents, plus a bunch of other bits and pieces that they were practically throwing out. I don't know what it's like when they're not on sale, or it they always have special, but it's definately worth a visit.

Babies/childrens' clothing. I like it here, they have inexpensive nappies for one and you can usually find a bargain or two if you take the time to look. Last time I visited the had decent quality, long sleeved winter bodysuits for my bub that were only $6. I bought one in every colour, and they seem to be lasting well.
