Best thing was the manager - very professional and worked as hard as floor staff even harder as she had the extra responsibility - Her name was Mel. This girl will go far!! Great service but food was terrible obviously brought in and not made fresh on the premises - owners short sighted customers do not come back if food is second rate - Owners yell a lot in front of customers and treat staff badly. Three occasions this has happened I only order the coffee now but wont go back as staff are treated badly and makes the environment not at all relaxing.- They need a visit from Work SAfe to sort them out.
